Maximize Your Time With These Effective 15 Minute Exercises


Busy parents, don’t underestimate the power of 10-15 minute exercise snacks! These quick, focused sessions can keep you active, boost energy, and help you stay on track toward your fitness goals. Remember success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.


10 minute circuit - 45 secs on each exercise - 15 secs off


Complete 2 circuits - as many reps as possible on each exercise


1. DB THRUSTERS

2. DB SNATCHES

3. PUSH UPS/KNEELING PUSH UPS

4. DB ALTERNATING REVERSE LUNGES

5. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS



Add an extra round to make it 15 minutes.


Exercise snacks can be any form of exercise that can be done at home or in the gym. With or without equipment.
